Home Credit India- Enabling Customers to Track Their Loan Portfolio Through App

September 10, 2017

Getting a loan is easy, but keeping a track of its EMIs, due date and other loan related information is quite a hassle. Keeping this in mind, and in its efforts towards going digital, Home Credit India, which offers easy, simple and fast loans for a range of home appliances, mobile phones, laptops/tablets, two wheelers and varied personal needs, recently introduced its mobile app. The app provides Home Credit India’s customers with a one-stop view of loan details, repayment schedule, and information on the amount due and payment date of a loan.

How it works:

The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store by anyone, however, only existing customers of Home Credit India can register on the app. To start off the registration process, you first need to enter your 10-digit Home Credit India loan number in order to receive an OTP on the mobile number registered with Home Credit India. Enter OTP, set up your 4-digit PIN (for future logins into the app) and access your loan details on the home screen.

On the home screen page, you’ll get to see your loan’s monthly instalment amount and due date, along with options like Pay Now, My Loans, Profile, and Contact. Under the ‘my loans’ tab, you can quickly go through the summary and payment history of your each loan. You can even edit your profile to update details like mobile number or email id.
