You’ve probably already seen the magic of Prisma, an app that transforms your photos into mural-like artworks. Now an app called Artisto allows you to apply artsy filters to videos that are already in your gallery or shot from your phone through the app.
Artisto, just like Prisma app, relies on neural networks and artificial intelligence to convert ordinary videos into works of art, following the styles of Van Gogh, Picasso and other great artists. As of now, the app supports only 10-seconds long video. For longer videos that are already saved in your gallery, you will be asked to select the 10-second sequence that you want to apply the filter to and the app does the rest for you.
The app might take some time to apply the filter to your video, but when it works, it outputs genuinely beautiful videos that look like scintillating works of art. However, the choice of filters is limited. There are only 19 filters to choose from, at present.
