Wysa then asks you to choose and type from the options like #Mood, #Angry, #Relax, #Sleep, and #Breathe, for example, so that it can assist you accordingly. Based on your reply, it shares the relaxation techniques, motivational messages, and also recommends exercises like mindfulness breathing, stretching, 4-minute workout, etc., helping you calm down right away. It also suggests exercises based on positive psychology like writing a gratitude journal, connecting with nature, music therapy, hug a loved one, and so on.
